ICS-213 Message Handling
Tom Brown, N4TAB, presented a series of ICS-213 Message Form training sessions on the Tar Heel Emergency Net. These presentations began on April 21, 2009 and ran through May 5th.
Many ARES groups throughout the country have integrated portions of the traditional ARRL Radiogram into the ICS-213 system. Since North Carolina uses WebEOC, we had to take a different approach.
